Packaging

 All Items Are Shipped Wrapped in Polybags. The Main Box is Corrugated Carton Well Wrapped with tape. There is no minimum or maximum limit to the carton sizes. For EMS post parcels, parcel weight is capped at 2 Kilograms.
Any import duties at your Country's port are to be paid by our directly to the shipper. Do let us know your guidance on this so that we can help you manage this better.

1. How the ordering process works?

I. Choose the products from our catalog or simply leave a message for us
II. We will discuss (Alibaba / Call / WhatsApp) requirement with you if required.
III. We will offer quotation and based on quotation you may finalize the products you want to purchase.
IV. In case the products in required quantity is available in stock then we will request you to make 100% payment.
V. In case product is not available and requires manufacturing / production then we will make proforma invoice and request you to arrange 50% deposit.
VI. Once we get deposit we will start manufacturing / production.
VII. When the ordered items are manufactured, we will request to arrange rest of the payment (50%)
VIII. Once we receive the full payment, we can send the goods to you by DHL, FEDEX
IX. You leave feedback and share your experience. We strive to satisfy our customers.

2. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
50 Qty for each SKU / design

 3. This is my first purchase. Can I get sample? Do you offer free samples?
You may ask for samples. There will be a charge on every sample we send.

4. Does the cost of shipping and packaging is included in the price of the items?
The cost of shipping and packaging will be additional to the product price.
If your quantity is not large, we can send goods to you by Post. If your quantity is large, we will send to you by DHL/FedEx.
We will quote the shipping price to you before processing order.

5. Can I get some discounts?
 The rates mentioned here are wholesale rates however for large quantity > 100 we do offer discounts.


6. Can you ship directly/drop ship to our customers? 
We can offer you our product catalog for a basic minimum guarantee. We can ship small retail packets on your behalf (drop-ship). The bill will be sent to your company. However, any import duty liability lies directly with the end receiver..
